A trap discovered mid-session. Committed in the same session; read before touching again.

Pattern

A repeatable solution worth reusing. When it applies, what it solves, how to implement.

ADR

An architectural decision. In force until superseded; read before changing the area.

How it fits

Fed by Session Briefs (Key Discoveries) and kept lean by the Learn loop. The Router loads its index before relevant work.

Adaptive, not fixed. This is a starting shape. Add folders and templates as your project needs them — the structure should serve the work, not the other way round.
