02-working is where the work happens: Prompt Briefs (the build unit), Session Briefs (AI memory), Release Notes, and optional Tasks — each in its own folder.
What’s in it
The build unit for a session you'll attend — scope, exclusions, acceptance criteria.
For a session you won't attend — exact pre-flight, a mid-brief checkpoint.
AI memory — written whenever context breaks. The next session reads it first.
Optional, on a brief's completion. What shipped, what changed, what to watch.
Optional. A tracked sub-unit of a Prompt Brief — only when a brief is large.
How it fits
Prompt Briefs execute a Feature PRD from 01-planning; Session Briefs carry state forward; discoveries flow into 03-knowledge.
Adaptive, not fixed. This is a starting shape. Add folders and templates as your project needs them — the structure should serve the work, not the other way round.
