What it is
A short record of a shipped increment — the C² equivalent of a sprint demo, except it's committed to git rather than performed in a meeting. Optional, written when a Prompt Brief completes.
When to write it
On completion of a Prompt Brief or feature, when there's something worth recording for the team or future sessions.
What goes in it
- What shipped, in plain language
- What changed for users or other systems
- What to watch — risks, follow-ups, known gaps
- Links to the PRD and briefs it came from
How it fits
An optional tier below the Session Brief. It replaces the sprint review/demo ceremony with a durable, readable record.
